Football Weekend

We didn't go, but the Northwest Bearcats won their game! Yeah!!! Go CATS!!! We're hoping we'll get to go in a couple weeks if they keep winning and get to play at home.

This has been the most exciting game we've watched on tv in a long time (I think the last one was when Northwest won their championship game in 98'). Adam was pretty bummed that he never found a cheap ticket but we made a party of it and got Hooters wings for dinner. We also let the kids fall asleep whenever they wanted so they LOVED that! Adam is getting to go to San Antonio next weekend to watch them play! Go TIGERS!!

On Sunday Adam and I went to a Chiefs game with Bob and Becky (Adam's sister and husband). We had a great time even if we did lose to Oakland. I guess all good football weekends must come to an end.

Tis the Season

The Saturday after Thanksgiving we got busy decorating the house for Christmas. I wasn't as excited to decorate as I usually am since I just got everything set were I wanted it. I didn't really enjoy taking stuff down, getting out MORE boxes and making a huge mess. But... I must say I was happy with the results. Holly and Wesley decorated the entire tree and Holly was a huge help putting the lights on the garland.

Thanksgiving

We spent Thanksgiving in Maryville this year. It was so great to only have to drive an hour and 20 minutes. We had two turkey dinners, one at Dad and Donna's and one at Schiebers. I guess I'll be going to the gym everyday this week! The kids got to play with their cousins, Molly and Mason. All the kids had a blast playing out in the Snow. Wesley spent his time outside eating the snow.

Wesley's 3rd Birthday

The first weekend we were here we celebrated Wesley's 3rd birthday with family.

We're getting settled. Love the house. If some of the furniture doesn't look familiar it's because we bought it from Adam's aunt and uncle.
