this and that this week

Lately Holly has gotten into the habit of always making her bed. She loves to organize all her pillows and stuffed animals. She's even gone as far as sleeping on the top of her covers as to not mess up her bed.

I got to go with Wesley and all the other Kinder kids to the Symphony to see Peter and the Wolf. It was very nice, but since balls weren't involved, Wesley wasn't impressed.

goodbye minivan

The time has finally come to say buh-bye to our good ole' minivan. She's done good work, lots of memories, but my minivan days are almost over.

We'll soon be replacing our sweet van with a prettier, fresher face (I kind of feel bad for my minivan right now).

In an effort to get the van ready, the kids have been cleaning her up.

I ask you, is there anything cuter than a kid missing his front tooth? Ok, yes, maybe even cuter will be when he's missing them both.:)

Valentine's Day Pics

I went to Holly's party first so by the time I got to Wesley's they were all done with all the activities. So this is Wesley... on Valentine's day.:)

Mold

Holly worked really hard and got her science fair project all done last weekend. I'm really happy to finally have her project out of the house.:)

Pinewood Derby

I kind of think this was way more fun for Adam than it was for Wesley. Adam did try to include Wesley whenever possible... the paint... the decals. They did a super good job, and I believe Adam is already making a plan for next year.

This. Is. Crazy.

We woke up to 5 inches of snow this morning. That makes 4 snow days this week. Adam was able to make it to work but it took him twice as long. The kids spent the night with friends last night so I guess their fun will continue today!
