[ Holly & the New Butter ]
It's funny what kids will get excited about. When I told Holly I had bought some new butter she said "Oh goody! I can't wait to see the curl on top!" I was so touched by her excitment that I went ahead and opened it up for her.
I had forgotten the "butter curl" excitment, but after she mentioned it, it all came back to me. Anyone else feel the same?

The stupid carpenter bees are chewing away a hole under one of our steps on the deck; hence the dust.

The other day I was reminded about how happy I am to be out of the diaper stage. Ahhhhh.
